Dip-Dye Hair: Why?

I don't know what caused E! Entertainment presenter Giuliana Rancic, The Xtra Factor co-host Caroline Flack, and the least attractive K-dash sister, Khloe Kardashian to follow the dumbest trend to ever hit the world since the Twitter hash tag #HornyForJustinBieber in early 2010.

Dip-dye, or ombre hair, refers to a style of hairdressing in which hair is gradually dyed from one shade to another, often with the darker colour starting at the roots and ending in a dramatically lighter shade towards the ends of the hair. Dip-dye hair just screams 'I don't own a mirror'. It also happens to look like the unfortunate result of hair dye experimentation I had when I was at boarding school.

I just don't understand why nobody told them it looks bad. They're on TV all the time. Rancic hosts Fashion Police with Joan Rivers, for God's sake. Maybe that's why Kelly Osbourne was hired to sit between them: to make them look better than actually they do.

Since I like to play favourites on this blog, I'm not going to rip too much into Giuliana Rancic and Khloe Kardashian. (They've both had a hard time of late and I'm not a totally heartless bitch.) But I guess once Flack, 32 - coincidentally known for her love of the not at all age-inappropriate combination of booty shorts with high heels - is done with babysitting Harry Styles, 17, she should probably book an appointment at the hair salon ASAP. Let this be a lesson to you all.
